March Devlog

Hey guys, there are some important points to discuss today, both regarding what was done this month and plans for April.


This March, two new enemies were developed for the Mountains. Tiffany, is now the hardest boss in the game, she has an ending scene that will be triggered when defeated, it might look like a run ending scene, but you can keep playing. The scene itself is just an excuse to add more pictures for the game. Tiffany will have a Bad Ending scene too, just like all the other enemies in the Mountains.


Along with the addition of this new boss, Brittney was included in the game, they do have similar names but are very different encounters. Brittney is a shemale exclusive to the Mountains, hope you like it.


They're already available in the current Live version, but I'm currently working on a couple more stuff to deliver in the next version like the Tiffany's BE and the new "break meter", as requested. Both should be up early this month.


There is also some important news to discuss about the month of April:

For a few months now, I've been preparing for a trip that will take place between April 16th and May 6th. During this period, I will be away from social media, but the development and publication of HC2 will continue as normal.


I have already chosen the girls that will be used to create the new enemies for v1.55 and I am already working on the possibility of implementing the dialogues in the BE scenes acquired at the museum, another features requested by you guys.


Which means that I'll be taking my work material with me on my trip and both the stable version and the live version will be published while I am traveling. The only downside to be taken into account is that, since I will be away from social media, I won't have access to bug reports or suggestions during this specific period of time. But I promise to read all the feedback and implement all the fixes as soon as I return from the trip (if there are any).


So that's basically it. In practice, there won't be any noticeable changes, but I thought you all should know about it.


With all that said, v1.50 will be released on April 4th.


And since I already have a good part of next month's schedule, I can also tell you that v1.55 will be released on May 2nd

Just downloading 1.45, so not sure if the bugs are already fixed, but - at least in the linux version - viewing recipes and items from the basecamp will throw numerous Ren'py errors (I'm still on 1.35 for a couple of minutes…).

Also, is it on purpose that although encounters always take one hour, encounters at 20:00 always will finish the day at 22:00 instead of ending at 21:00?

Hi onrm, tbh this is the first feedback I've received from the linux version, could you send me the crash reports? I'll look into it asap. All encounters should last 2 hours, unless you choose to escape, in this case only one hour goes by
